By engaging with us, you agree to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Services<\/strong> \u2013 Training and consultancy will be tailored to the needs outlined in the signed contract or proposal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customization<\/strong> \u2013 Program content, delivery format, and timelines will depend on agreed terms with each client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payments<\/strong> \u2013 Fees, payment schedules, and reimbursement (where applicable) will be clearly stated in the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation &amp; Rescheduling<\/strong> \u2013 Clients may request to reschedule or cancel services. Any related costs or rescheduling terms will be defined in the individual contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong> \u2013 Training materials, manuals, and digital content developed by Capitol Africa remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confidentiality<\/strong> \u2013 Both Capitol Africa and the client commit to protecting sensitive organizational and personal information shared during the engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong> \u2013 While we ensure high-quality service, our liability is limited to the scope of the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amendments<\/strong> \u2013 These Terms may be updated, but specific contracts with clients will take precedence.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Capitol Africa Learning Centre Ltd provides corporate training, curriculum development, digital learning solutions, and related services.
